At ACVH we are experienced at gathering, documenting and storing drawings ensuring that the correct documents will be available when required

All buildings have working drawings. When the time comes for maintenance or expansion often the current/correct drawings are not available or have been misplaced. From past experience this information takes up a lot of storage space and generally get 'thinned out' through time to allow for current projects. This can happen across several servers in different locations where the various parties assume their colleagues will be storing the information.

At ACVH we are experienced at gathering, documenting and storing drawings ensuring that the correct documents will be available when required. We have dedicated storage facilities to enable the safe storage of this information. Ensuring it is available as and when required. Using our viewers we are able to print/plot documents of virtually any format to any size as required. All information received is virus scanned and protected through up to date antivirus software. The original information will be stored off site in a secure location with the information on our servers backed up daily. Retrieval of the information as required can be through a selected agreed representative contacting us. All information will be treated with the strictest of confidence with out any external parties gaining access without the clients written consent/ instruction.
